Every country in the world has problems with pollution and damage to the environment. Do you think these problems can be solved?

It is the truth that progress goes together with pollution and damage to the environment. What can we do to solve this problem?

Firstly, our economy depends on the transport system. Besides, modern transport, which works on petrol, pollutes the atmosphere. We cannot stop using cars, trains and planes, but we can us a car which works on electricity or cleaned petrol.

Secondly, a huge problem is the pollution of rivers and seas and using them as a rubbish dump. And even when one country does it, the rest of the world gets this problem. We cannot use the World Ocean as a rubbish place too, we must clean all water that we pour into rivers and seas.

Finally, a huge amount of rubbish poisons the space around our cities and towns. We must sort the rubbish and use recycling as much as possible.

So, if we want to breathe fresh air and eat healthy food, each of us must care about the environment. Even your decision to buy something in a paper or plastic sack is a small solving of this problem.

It’s great that your friends’ve decided to visit Novosibirsk in summer because the weather now is much better than in winter. Although Novosibirsk is a young city, guys will have a lot to see and learn.

Firstly, if the weather is good they may go for a walk in the city center. There are a lot of old houses and monuments. But if it’s rainy they may visit museums, galleries and theatres.

My city is large, so your friends need to rent a car or get a taxi to visit interesting places far from the center, for example, the Zoo, the Planetarium, Academgorodok and etc.

The weather is quite hot here in summer, so they may like to go to the beach. One of them is almost in the center of the city, so they could go there by metro.

Well, I hope your friends will take a pleasant time in Novosibirsk! I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I love doing yoga. I started going to the gym 1 year ago because I wanted to do any physical activities. Fortunately, at that time yoga course started there and I was interested in such a kind of sport.

When I started doing yoga, I immediately found that I love it. I didn’t want to do a competitive sport, I wanted only to improve my health, and yoga gave it all to me. People think that yoga gives only flexibility to its followers. However, it isn’t true because stretching without strength is impossible.

I would recommend yoga to people who like doing an individual sport. Although it doesn’t build up your muscle, it does your muscles corset stronger. Besides, yoga gives you a flexibility. So, yoga let your body develop harmoniously. In addition, yoga teaches you to listen to yourself.

For people who are competitive and like playing team games also may enjoy doing yoga for getting more flexibility and for knowing all possibilities of their body.

I’m glad to hear from you!

When I was at school and at University, I spent summer time in the countryside. I had a rest and worked growing vegetables at our dacha, so it was unpaid work.

I got my first job when I studied at the 5^th course at University. It wasn’t a usual job for students that young people can get, such as waiters, kitchen workers, promoters, and etc. I worked as an auditor assistant and it was undergraduate practice, however it was a paid job.

It was very useful to know a lot of things about my future profession. Besides, I’ve got a lot of information for writing my graduate work.

Of course, my job took up so much time that I needed for studying and preparation for exams. At the same time, I know I was lucky getting a job that became my first job after graduating. Well, my first job wasn’t well-paid, but it gave me a huge professional experience.

Review about restaurant — Restaurants in the sanatorium Parus

The Parus sanatorium opened its doors last December in Kudruashi township. It has 3 superb restaurants. I’ve already been there for several times and I really enjoy them.

There is the largest hall on the 3d floor called Mansarda. This hall is intended for special events: banquets, wedding parties, etc. The surroundings are modern and very beautiful, the area is airy and gala. The waiters there are welcoming and prompt, but the waiters in another hall, that is used as a canteen, aren’t so rushed sometimes, as is often the case when the restaurant has just been opened.

As I was there not once, I tried a lot of items on the menu. Some dishes were simple, like homemade, and others were complicated. But all of them were satisfying, delicious and served beautifully. What I really liked, the chef cooks healthy food, for example, there were a lot of grilled dishes in the menu.

I was in Mansarda as a guest, so I’m not sure about prices, but I think, this place isn’t cheap. Of course, Parus is quite far from Novosibirsk, and you can’t go there for lunch, but I would highly recommend this place for special events.

Report about excursion — Trip to cinema

Trip to cinema

Purpose of trip

On January19^th, my daughter’s class took a break from normal lessons and went to the cinema. The purpose of their visit was to watch the movie ‘Going vertical”. My purpose was to accompany the class to provide the safety.

What movie about

This film is about the victory of a Soviet national basketball team over an American team at the 1972 Olympic games in Munich. Also, this movie is about Soviet history, about sport and love. Moreover, schoolchildren had a rest from daily routine, bought some popcorn and could converse to each other after the cinema session.

Comments

All children were excited about the film. They loudly rooted for the Soviet basketball team during the final match. The pupils learnt a lot: how to make a success in difficult conditions, how people lived in Soviet past. I think, the movie was very instructive for the children, in addition, it was well filmed and had good acting. I may recommend to watch this film both for children and adults.

Knitting – it’s creative and useful!

I got started knitting when I was about 10. Grandma taught me how to create simple things with needles. I remember my first knitted snake toy that was quite wry and fun. Of course, my first knitted things weren’t very good quality, but I practiced a lot and tried to improve my skills.

When I was a young girl, I knitted several pullovers. It was so amazing to create clothes and had  one, that nobody had! I still wear a couple of those pullovers.

But knitting really became my hobby when my daughter was born. It was astonishing to make toys for her. By the way, I got started crocheting that time. I also love to create unusual hats for my kids.

For me, knitting is an opportunity to engage in creativity. It allows me to have exclusive clothes. Certainly, knitting is a time-consuming activity, so I find it relaxing, but for other people it may be irritating. Also, knitting helps me spend time when I’m waiting for my children while they are engaging in sections. Finally, it’s economical to make clothes myself, not to buy them.
